envision provides nationwide training and technical assistance to organizations funded through CDC’s Community Health Workers for COVID Response and Resilient Communities (CCR-2109) initiative.
This site has been created to increase the capacity of CCR-2109 programs to support, train, deploy, and engage CHWs and CHW programs for COVID-19 response and to address underlying risk factors. However, the information is public to benefit CHWs and CHW programs as a whole.
