summit poster session

At the Summit you will have the opportunity to present on your work, network with peers and learn more about other teams’ work.

Purpose: To share your team’s sustainability work, connect with other recipients and learn from each other.

Instructions: Please prepare an informal poster/physical visual aid that will be hung up with thumbtacks. If your team already has a poster or materials for describing your work, you are welcome to repurpose those. Feel free to use the template provided or use creative freedom to create your own. Check out the examples provided.

POs and envision are here to support you

Poster session timing:  The summit will feature three 45-minute poster sessions, with one-third of the participants presenting in each session. No other summit activities will take place concurrently with the poster sessions, allowing attendees to focus on maximizing their peer-to-peer learning and networking experience.

At least one member of your team should stay in front of your poster to talk with other attendees and explain what’s on your poster. Stands and thumbtacks will be provided for hanging the posters

Poster sessions will take place in Grand Ballroom C. The space will be open Monday, April 15 from 5:00 - 7:00p PDT for setup. Additionally, the space will be open one hour prior to each of the three poster sessions for setup.
