Dedicating time to understand and incorporate the necessary resources and tools for a sustainability plan is crucial for the success of Community Health Workers (CHWs). Fostering CHW leadership and cultivating relationships with partners and allies, can lay the groundwork for successful sustainability planning and ensures that CHW programs continue to thrive and meet the needs of communities.

This webinar is open to all. We especially encourage CCR-2109 recipients (CHWs, CHW allies, CHW program staff, etc.) and their partners to attend.
