Description: On behalf of the CCR-ETA 2110 Evaluation Training and Technical Assistance providers, the Washington State Evaluation Partnership (WSEP) invites CCR-2109 recipients and their partners to a webinar about disseminating key 2109 evaluation findings to diverse audiences through culturally adapted communication and social marketing strategies. Who do you communicate with, what information is key, when is best, and how do you effectively reach and engage them? Which evaluation findings answer questions about health and wellness benefits, cost-effectiveness, workforce well-being, and/or sustainability of CHW services? Participants will learn to consider distinct information priorities among audiences that may include health plan decision-makers, CHWs, and community members. Additionally, the session will focus on integrating insights from COVID-19 outreach campaigns into evaluation dissemination strategies.
In this webinar, we will:
Apply culturally adapted communication and social marketing strategies to disseminate findings from 2109 evaluations to diverse audiences that could use the results for their specific information needs
Differentiate and utilize appropriate messengers, leaders, and communication channels based on the unique preferences and trust factors of each audience
Engage in a reflective and/or applied practice to support attendees to take away at least one concrete action to integrate into their CCR evaluation activities
